Lead times are 3-8 days.
Upon shipment, we strive to include your email in the courier information for direct access to tracking updates. In the event of 2 failed delivery attempts, your parcel will be returned to us. Additional postage payment will be needed for a re-send. If feasible, we will refund your order, minus postage fees. Please ensure accuracy of address to avoid any inconvenience.
